The Home Exercises and Stretches area of our website isprovided solely for current, active patients of our office who have specifically been prescribed, by our office, certain exercises/stretches contained within. These patients may utilize the exercises/stretches contained within, but must do so in theexactmanner as prescribed by our office.

Non-patients and inactive patients of our office may enter this area, but are not authorized to perform or recommend the exercises/stretches within.

Note: The exercises/stretches contained within this website are solely for the use of existing, active patients of our clinic who have received a prescription for these exercises/stretches. Other individuals do not have our permission to perform the exercises/stretches contained within. Attempting to perform these exercises/stretches, unless explicitly prescribed by our office, could result in serious injury or a worsening of existing conditions.
